Avon’s offering representatives another opportunity to earn an incredible vacation by growing their businesses in 2021!!

Over the past 7.5 years that I’ve been a rep, I’ve incredible incredible Avon trips to:

** Mexico (twice – Riviera Maya and Los Cabos)
** Bahamas – Atlantis
** Bermuda (cruise)
** Maui
** Disney World
** Jamaica (replaced with a cash prize, due to Covid)
** Punta Cana (scheduled for this upcoming November)

These trips are always INCREDIBLE!! Avon covers pretty much everything, from airfare/transportation, accommodations, food, beverage, gifts, and more!!

Now, in 2021, all Avon (USA) representatives have the opportunity to earn a fabulous trip to the BIG ISLAND of HAWAII!!!

Now let’s break down the most important things you need to know to earn this trip:

1. All Avon (USA) representatives are eligible to earn this trip! (If you’re not yet an Avon representative, click HERE to join! It’s FREE to join until 4/13/21!)
2. The trip can be earned by reaching your personal sales goal between Campaign 2 – Campaign 26, 2021 (At the time I’m writing this post – 1/27/21 – we’re currently in Campaign 4.)
3. Your personal sales goal is determined by when you signed up and your 2020 sales achievement level, as shown in the chart below.
4. There are also ways to earn this trip for leaders with Avon teams (as shown in the chart below), but this post will focus on how to earn the trip through sales alone.

All representatives fall into one of THREE main sales goal categories:

Here’s how each of those three categories can earn the trip to Hawaii, for one or for two:

NEW REPS (Anyone who signed up on or after 12/11/19, who did not achieve President’s Club in 2020): New reps can earn the trip for one by selling a total of $12,000 in Avon between C2-C26, 2021 or the trip for two by selling a total of $17,000 in Avon between C2-C26, 2021. Spread out equally between C2 – C26, that works out to an average of $480 each campaign (about $34/day) for the trip for one; $680 each campaign (about $49/day) for the trip for two. If you start selling slower or later during the incentive period, the campaign and daily sales goals will be higher.

CONTENDERS & PREMIER (Anyone who joined before 12/11/19, who did not achieve President’s Club in 2020) Contenders and Premier Achievers can earn the trip for one by selling a total of $16,000 in Avon between C2-C26, 2021 or the trip for two by selling a total of $23,000 in Avon between C2-C26, 2021. Spread out equally between C2 – C26, that works out to an average of $640 each campaign (about $46/day) for the trip for one; $920 each campaign (about $66/day) for the trip for two. If you start selling slower or later during the incentive period, the campaign and daily sales goals will be higher.

PRESIDENT’S CLUB MEMBERS & ABOVE (Anyone who achieved President’s Club recognition or above in 2020 by selling $10,000 or more during the 2020 sales year) President’s Club Members can earn the trip for one by selling an ADDITIONAL $8,500 between C2-C26 2021 over what they sold between C2-C26 2020; an ADDITIONAL $14,000 between C2-C26 2021 over what they sold between C2-C26 2020 for the trip for two.

Regardless of which category you fall into, the goals are challenging! It’s all about growth! The whole idea is to motivate you towards building a stronger, more profitable business, as you’re working your way towards an incredible trip to Hawaii!! Earning the trip will be challenging, but it IS achievable with a solid plan, consistent effort, and determination!
