All Avon (USA) representatives currently have the opportunity to earn a 5-day/4-night trip to the Big Island of Hawaii!!
The opportunity to earn the trip runs from Campaign 2, 2021 – Campaign 26, 2021. At the time of writing this post, we’re currently at the end of Campaign 4, which means it’s still early enough in the incentive period to jump in and earn your trip!
Here are a few quick Do’s and Don’ts to keep in mind as you sell your way to Hawaii:
DO – Start NOW! The sooner you begin, the easier it will be!
DO – Know your total sales goal. (Click HERE for help with that.)
DO – Break your goal down into smaller campaign and/or daily sales goals.
DO – Make a specific plan to achieve those sales.
DO – Be deliberate and purposeful in your actions.
DO – Monitor your progress every campaign and adjust your plan to stay on track.
DO – Use the AVON U TRAINING section on avonnow.com to build your sales skills and product knowledge.
DO – Participate in training webinars whenever possible – learn more to earn more!!
DO – Be willing to step outside of your comfort zone to try new strategies.
DO – Be creative to connect with new customers.
DO – Utilize both digital (online store, digital catalog, social media, etc.) and tangible sales tools (brochures, samples, flyers, etc.) for the best results.
DO – Connect with other reps working towards the trip for motivation and support.
DO – Make a Hawaii vision board or some other visual reminder of what you’re working towards.
DO – Sell, sell, sell!!! Selling Avon is how you’ll earn this trip!
DO – Remember that your personal purchases count towards your sales too. Use Avon products for your personal needs whenever possible. (Using the products personally will help you to be able to share and sell them!)
DO – Remain consistent with your actions, every campaign, all year, even when in doubt.
DON’T – Wait to get started – it will never be easier to earn the trip than right NOW.
DON’T – Ignore the trackers! Check your progress every campaign to stay on track.
DON’T – Expect to earn the trip on accident, by luck, and with a “see what happens” approach. Be intentional about earning the trip.
DON’T – Lose focus! This will be a year-long effort! It’s a marathon, not a sprint. Keep your head in the game.
DON’T – Purchase a whole bunch of inventory you don’t have a plan for just to boost your sales. Only purchase inventory that you have a specific plan for selling – vendor events, parties, bundles, etc.
DON’T – Rely too heavily on one set of sales tools or sales strategies. Use both digital and tangible tools for best results. Explore new strategies for best results.
DON’T – Give up, even if you fall behind! Keep pushing and look for ways to catch up!
DON’T – Doubt your ability to succeed – you are more capable than you know! Prove it to yourself!!
