Team-Building Tip – Friends and Family

Friends and Family!! – Most people start their Avon team with a friend, family member, co-worker, or neighbor. Who do YOU know who might be interested in earning some extra money with Avon?

Start by sitting down and making a list of people you think might be interested. Then, each day, pick one or two of the people on your list. Call them up, email them, text them, shout to them from the hilltops…

And what should you say when you get in touch with them??

  • Tell them why you love Avon.
  • Tell them why you think the Avon opportunity could be great for them!
  • Tell them about how they can start their own Avon business TODAY for only $15.
  • Tell them how that $15 gets them a kit full of everything they need to get started… brochures, samples, two full-sized products, and more!!
  • Tell them how there’s no long term commitment. They can stop at any time.
  • Tell them about how they don’t need to keep an inventory or meet monthly quotas!
  • Tell them about how they don’t have to host parties.
  • Tell them about how they can save on all of their own Avon purchases and advance items at big discounts!

Once they say YES, send them to www.startavon.com. Tell them to be sure to use your reference code. (Your reference code is the same as whatever comes past the / in your webstore address. If you’re not sure what it is, ask me.) Once you get the email saying you have a successful self-appointment, be sure to let me, or your immediate upline, know right away. We can help you to get them started with Avon!!

And if they’re not interested right now? Simply move on to the next person on your list!
